On a Friday night between 5.30-7.30pm a group of high school aged children meet and socialize while learning how to make their own skim boards. The program aims to teach simple carpentry skills, painting skills and relational skills to young boys and girls who are socially isolated and financially disadvantaged. 
This program provides benefits such as learning new skills toward future employment, increased social skills through positive male role modelling, inter generational relationship building and increased self esteem through project completion. 
With the help of trained volunteers the participants will cut and shape their boards using skills gained through the program. They will then design their own patterns and paint this design onto the boards. The participants learn vital carpentry skills, painting skills in a safe friendly environment.

The program encourages youth to bring their friends and invite them to youth straight after the program. It is evangelical in nature. This program is also free so that financially disadvantaged people may take part in this program.
